Wildflower Farm, Langar

in Café News

Might be worth considering whilst Long Clawson and Hickling Cafes are shut. I’ve not been but the Vale of Belvoir Ladies have and recommend it. Prices look quite reasonable and it’s open everyday.

it’s on Coach Gap Lane, which is on the left as you head out of Langar towards Harby.

We went there several years ago and it was very basic then - they had one cake to cut up and it was only open in the summer. Looks like a better prospect now.

I went there today and can recommend it. Decent food, comfortable, reasonable prices and welcoming.

Inside seating for over 30. You can get there from Barnstone along Works Lane, it is a private road, a bit bumpy and narrow, just watch out for big lorries! Otherwise go down Coach Gap Lane from Langar.
