Horses

While riding back through Aslockton today a car stopped and a lady emerged.

Lady "You are Sherwood Cycling Club aren't you?"

Me " That's right."

Lady "Well I ride horses in this area and I want to pass on my thanks to your members, who are always considerate when meeting horses and give a warning when approaching from behind."

This shows the merit of behaving responsibly and of wearing our distinctive kit recognised by people who are not connected with cycling.
