Second Puncture on Road Tubeless!

in What have you done today?

They say that lightening doesn't strike twice in the same place, but this afternoon on the way home I punctured my rear tyre in exactly the same spot on the Lowdham By Pass Cycle Path. This time I noticed because there was a bang and I could see (and feel) the tubeless sealant and the bike slowed a little. I thought the sealant hadn't done it's job but when I pulled over the tyre was still firm despite it being a bigger puncture than last time. So I carried on and got home with no problems. Didn't even need to put any air back in. There was however some collateral damage.............as I pulled over it became apparent that like a Tomcat I'd sprayed Dennis with sealant and it was dripping from his helmet, specs and nose! So my apologies to Dennis ........it washes off I swear!!
